Shipping and Handling
Shipping charges are calculated automatically by the shopping cart at the time of checkout. Your shipping charges will depend on the weight, dimensions of the items that you order, your shipping method, and your location.
Your items may arrive in different shipments. Depending on the type, quantity and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure they arrive on time and undamaged.
Shipment are insured and tracked.
Most orders are processed within 2-3 days. Orders are tracked and insured.
Orders cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes.
If you provide inaccurate shipping information that must be corrected to deliver your order, we will pass on to you the rerouting fee.
No refunds or exchanges on original artwork, all sales are final!
If any original artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within seven (7) days of delivery. To initiate a damage claim, please email us at email@example.com.
Please, save the original packaging and include the following details that apply to your case in your email:
- A photo of the damage to your artwork and a photo of the shipping envelope/box it arrived in. This is for us to evaluate the damage and approve your request.
- Your order number with a brief description of the damage.
- Alisa will contact you to discuss the next steps.
